These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Crema Compass (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be legally able to agree to these Terms and comply with applicable laws.
2. Your account
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login details secure.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not post illegal, abusive, misleading, or infringing content.
- Do not impersonate others or submit misleading venue information.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, attack, or abuse the Service.
4. User content
You keep ownership of your content. By posting content, you grant Crema Compass a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display, moderate, and use that content for operating and improving the Service.
5. Ratings and reviews
Ratings and reviews reflect user opinions. We may moderate, remove, or restrict content that violates these Terms or creates safety, legal, or platform-integrity issues.
6. Ad-Free purchase
Crema Compass may offer an optional one-time Ad-Free upgrade through Apple In-App Purchase. Apple handles billing and refund processes. The upgrade removes Crema Compass banner and full-screen ads where available, but it does not remove third-party content, venue data, or platform messages outside our control.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, branding, and software are owned by or licensed to Crema Compass and protected by applicable laws.
8. Third-party services
The Service may include links or integrations with third-party services, including map providers, authentication, app stores, payment processing, and advertising services. We are not responsible for third-party content or policies.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crema Compass is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
12. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
